Five days dedicated to gentle movement,restorative yoga, yin and meditation.  Bless your body with some much needed TLC.  Allow yourself the space to slow down and re-connect.Morning classes will softly ease you into the day in a hatha style practise with afternoons dedicated to yin, yoga therapy, restorative, guided meditations and yoga nidra.

When you release toxins from your mind and body you allow space for positive flowing energy.  In the haven of this retreat you can experience the cleanse on a deeper level, as we combine nourishing food, yoga and meditation practices and the space to relax.

Our yoga and meditation practices are tailored to work hand in hand with the cleansing program that we have set up for you.  The cleanse programme runs for 9 days, and we will provide you with all the elements that you need plus a day-to-day guide of what, how and when to eat and take your aloe, shakes and supplements.

Our luxurious townhouse accommodation is perfectly placed for you to enjoy all that the World Heritage site of Pollensa old town has to offer.   With 17 beaches, nature reserves, walks, churches and sanctuaries all close by you can nourish your soul and your senses during your stay.

Your daily Yoga practice will provide physical and mental balance, holding poses for longer to help you prevent and reduce stress and anxiety and regulate your bodys flow of energy.

Slow down your mind and be kind to yourself. Take the time to accept your thoughts. Experience the present moment and allow yourself to breathe.

3 Healing

Give your body a rest and the appreciation it deserves.  Take time for deep healing or a rejuvenating massage or beauty treatment to ensure you connect with every part of your being.

4 Cleanse 

Release toxins, improve concentration and increase energy through your 5 day cleanse programme.
